Dixie v.d. Landstrassen

Dixie (AKA Dina) is the latest addition to the team. She is out of Ice vom Stillwasser and Voker II vom Jagdkonig. We were so impressed by Brei, that we went straight back to the well and got her half sister. So far she has not disappointed. Dina has been an absolute joy to train and run through the tests. You can see from her scores the is a truly gifted young dog. She is the first dog from our kennel to score a perfect 12 in water search during her HZP (192 overall). In addition to strong natural natural ability she also has the strong cooperation that so tough to get in the same package. Dina will be a great asset during the upcoming hunting season.

Brandie v.d. Landstrassen

We couldn't be more excited about Brei's potential and what she brings to our breeding progam. She is out of the best grouse and woodcock dog that Iā€™m aware of, Ice vom Stillwasser and Tramp II vom Jagdkonig. Her motherline goes back to Charlotte vom Stillwasser (AKA Carla, our favorite). You can see from her scores that she is truly the complete package. But her most outstanding qualities may be her nose and temperament. She is an absolute joy to be around and is simply on another level when scenting conditions are tough. She is an excellent example of the strong natural pointing instinct (a natural backer) we breed for and she has the coat to withstand the coldest days on the water. She produced our L litter, proving to be an excellent mother as well.

Kiser vom Stillwasser

Ki is not available for breeding but is a great representative of the type of dogs we hope to produce. Strong nose, pointing, love of water and an excellent companion. He spent most of his informative time in Miami working on his surfing technique and salt water skills but is now back in the Carolinas taking care of two young toddlers with my sons family in Durham. He still pinch hits on our extended hunting trips and is always ready and welcome for that next adventure.

Eik vom Stillwasser

Eick (Ike), the senior member of the team is now retired from breeding, and semi-retired from hunting, still makes an occasional appearance at the local preserve or tower pheasant shoot. He is a certified utility dog and our only dog to attempt, and pass the over night blood tracking requirement.
